Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam industri konstruksi telah menjadi kebutuhan mendesak dalam menghadapi tantangan efisiensi, kompleksitas proyek, serta tuntutan keberlanjutan. Namun, proses adopsi teknologi informasi (information technology) di sektor ini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama di negara berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsep dan sistem TI yang telah diterapkan di industri konstruksi serta mengevaluasi manfaat dari pendekatan pragmatis dalam pengembangannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis kerangka kerja PICo, dengan menganalisis 34 artikel dari database Scopus (2019 sampai 2025). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan teknologi paling dominan, digunakan dalam 44 persen artikel, diikuti oleh IoT dan Construction 4.0 (masing-masing 14 persen), serta AI dan computer vision (12 persen). Kontribusi utama yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas (32,1 persen), diikuti oleh pengembangan framework/metodologi baru (21,4 persen). Sementara itu, kelemahan paling umum adalah keterbatasan validasi empiris (39,1 persen). Pendekatan pragmatis terbukti efektif dalam menyesuaikan teknologi dengan kondisi lokal dan meningkatkan keberhasilan implementasi. Studi ini memberikan gambaran tematik dan kuantitatif sebagai dasar strategi adopsi teknologi informasi konstruksi, khususnya di Indonesia.
