Analisis Daya Saing Ekspor Komoditas Ikan Segar Hasil Tangkap Indonesia, China, Jepang, dan Malaysia

This study aims to analyze the export competitiveness of fresh fish and other processed fish commodities from Indonesia to China, Japan, and Malaysia. The study employs three analytical methods: Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA), and Trade Balance Index (TBI), to evaluate the competitiveness of Indonesia’s key fisheries commodities. The results indicate that Indonesia has a significant comparative advantage in mollusca commodities in all three export destination countries. Mollusca consistently serves as Indonesia's leading product in international markets, reflecting a strong position in the global market. Conversely, commodities such as fresh fish exhibit lower competitiveness compared to mollusca. Based on these findings, more targeted strategies are needed to enhance the competitiveness of other fisheries commodities.
