Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meneliti apakah evidence of service yang meliputi orang, proses dan bukti fisik berpengaruh signifkan terhadap patronage buying motives konsumen London Beauty Centre Jemur Andayani di Surabaya. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode Incidental Sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa evidence of service yang meliputi orang (people), proses (process) dan bukti fisik (physical evidence) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap motif pembelian terpola (patronage buying motives) konsumen London Beauty Centre Demur Andayani di Surabaya.References
