Studi ini meneliti tentang hubungan antara motif yang terdiri dari : motif kognitif dan motif afektif dengan keputusan pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signfiikan antara motif dan keputusan pembelian terhadap produk jasa desain grafis di surabaya.References
