Studi ini meneliti pengaruh iklim organisasi yang meliputi struktur, tanggung jawab, imbalan, resiko, toleransi dan konflik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bintang Harapan Sukses Surabaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi meliputi struktur, tanggung jawab, imbalan, resiko, toleransi dan konflik secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bintang Harapan Sukses Surabaya. Diantara dimensi iklim organisasi tersebut, dimensi imbalan mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bintang Harapan Sukses Surabaya.References
