Local government policies or public policies are government tools that are not only associated with government officials but in a broader context must be understood as part of good governance. Regulations regarding Street Vendors (PKL) are public policies that still tend to be top-down, causing many conflicts. Street vendor management is an effort to organize and regulate street vendors. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Using secondary data sources. In its implementation, the street vendor management program has a positive impact that is more felt by the local government and a negative impact on street vendors. Various obstacles arise in the implementation of the structural program, such as the rejection of the target group of street vendors, and the lack of resettlement locations that are by the wishes of street vendors, namely strategic locations and many buyers. The various obstacles that exist need more attention from related agencies during program implementation so that the program can be improved during subsequent implementation.
