Abstract

Analisis Blot Southern tetap menjadi standar emas untuk mendeteksi T-Sel Reseptor antigen (TCR) penyusunan ulang gen, biasanya target gen TCR karena penataan-kembali TCR terlalu terbatas untuk membedakan andal monoklonal dari populasi  T-sel poliklonal.
