About the Journal

 Jurnal Ilmiah SOSIO AGRIBIS (JISA) was first published in 2001 based on the Rector's Decree of Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya No. Kep. 36/UWKS/V/2001 dated May 1, 2001, with a publication frequency of twice a year, in June and December. This journal publishes articles in the form of research papers and reviews related to agribusiness.

Following the change of the study program's name from Agricultural Socio-Economics to Agribusiness, and in line with the advancement of the times, the journal underwent a transformation in 2015 by adapting to online publication while retaining its print edition.

Based on the excerpt from the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, dated May 11, 2023, Number: 79/E/KPT/2023 concerning the Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals for Period I of 2022, it is concluded that the Jurnal Ilmiah SOSIO AGRIBIS (E-ISSN: 2614-4549) is designated as an accredited scientific journal at Rank 4 (SINTA 4), effective from Volume 20 Number 2 of 2020 to Volume 25 Number 1 of 2025. Subsequently, based on the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development Number: 295/C/C3/KPT/2026 dated February 3, 2026, the Jurnal Ilmiah SOSIO AGRIBIS successfully obtained an accreditation upgrade to Rank 3 (SINTA 3), valid from Volume 24 Number 2 of 2024 to Volume 29 Number 1 of 2029.

Authors must follow the Author Guidelines determined by the journal to prepare their submissions. The editorial board reserves the right to edit manuscripts without altering the originality of the authors' ideas.
