Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti perbedaan sikap konsumen atas merek, kemasan, dan label berdasarkan karakteristik demografi responden yaitu jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan pada produk shampoo Clear. Analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan alat Bantu statistic Chi Square akan mampu menjawab permasalahan dalam penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan sikap konsumen atas merek, kemasan dan label berdasarkan jenis kelamin, namun penelitian ini, menemukam perbedaan sikap konsumen berdasarkan tingkat pendidikannya.References
