Abstract


Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap hubungan antara etika kerja dengan sikap perubahan organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini mendukungperkiraan bahwa etika kerja berhubungan langsung dengan komirnten organisasi dan etika kerja berhubungan langsung dengan sikap perubahan organisasi. Keterlibatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi memediasi hubungan etika kerja dengan sikap perubahan organisasi dimana hasilnya mendukung dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil yang signifikan disebabkan etika kerja adalah kunci utama prafesi akuntan untuk bersifat professional dan bertindak etis serta dapat dipercaya oleh masyarakat.
