Abstract


The purpose of this study is to detect the impact of board diversity on company performance. The research data comes from subordinate information on manufacturing companies in the Indonesian Stock Trading for the 2018 period. Multiple regression analysis is used to process the data in this study. The results showed that there were two variables governing the board of directors that were not able to improve company performance and two variables assessing the board of directors as related to company performance
