Pengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Orientasi Tujuan, Remunerasi Dan Spiritualitas Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Karyawan Pt. Lanhai Indonesia Di Mojokerto

Abstract


Employee work motivation is one of the important factors in realizing a more effective and efficient production process in a company. The low work motivation of the employees will have an impact on less maximal production results, both in terms of quality and quantity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and find out whether there is a significant influence between work-life balance variables, goal orientation, remuneration, and workplace spirituality on the work achievement motivation of employees at PT. Lanhai Indonesia. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive statistical approach. The sample used in this study were employees of the production section of PT. Lanhai Indonesia has as many as 135 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, the regression equation Y = 0.396 + 0.198 (X1) + 0.92 (X2) + 0.310 (X3) + 0.115 (X4) is obtained. The f-test results show that work-life balance, goal orientation, remuneration, and spirituality simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work performance motivation. Whereas the t-test shows that work-life balance and remuneration partially have a significant effect on employee work achievement motivation, the goal orientation, and work spirit variables partially do not have a significant effect on employee work achievement motivation. The results of this analysis also show that the remuneration variable has the most dominant influence on employee achievement motivation with the percentage of influence being 15
