Pengaruh Customer Experience Terhadap Repurchase Intention Pada Gold Gym Surabaya Town Square (SUTOS) Di Surabaya

Abstract


ABSTRACT Today's society prefers the gym as a place to exercise because there are already many tools available that can cover many other types of sports. The research objective was to determine the effect of customer experience on repurchase intention at the Gold Gym Surabaya Town Square (SUTOS) in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. Respondents of this research were consumers of Gold Gym Surabaya Town Square (SUTOS) Surabaya as many as 100 samples using purposive sampling. Proving the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study prove that customer experience which includes sense, feel, think, and relate has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the act variable has no significant effect on repurchase intention.
