Abstract

Work motivation and work environment are very important factors in determining employee performance in a company. This study aims to examine the effect of partially and simultaneously between work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Indosari Mandiri Sidoarjo. To answer the problems raised by researchers using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the multiple linear regression test show that there is a partial and simultaneous influence between work motivation and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT.
