Motivasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Produksi PT. Indosari Mandiri Sidoarjo

Abstract


Work motivation and work environment are very important factors in determining employee performance in a company. This study aims to examine the effect of partially and simultaneously between work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Indosari Mandiri Sidoarjo. To answer the problems raised by researchers using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the multiple linear regression test show that there is a partial and simultaneous influence between work motivation and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. Indosari Mandiri Sidoarjo. The advice given to the company management to better pay attention to harmony with fellow employees of the production division by providing training within the company or outbound outside the company so that it is expected to create discipline and close relations between fellow employees who will later be expected to help to support the success of PT. Indosari Mandiri Sidoarjo in the future.
