JURNAL ILMU SOSIAL DAN ILMU POLITIK publishes all articles under an open-access license to ensure free and unlimited access for readers and maximum dissemination of scholarly work. The journal adopts the following licensing policy:

2. Author’s Rights

Authors retain the following rights:

  1. Copyright of their article.

  2. The right to deposit, distribute, or reuse their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other platforms, with proper citation of the original publication in this journal.

  3. The right to reuse parts of their article in future works (books, research reports, teaching materials, etc.).

3. Journal’s Rights

The journal is granted:

  • The non-exclusive right to publish the article.

  • The right to archive, distribute, index, and display the article in electronic or printed formats.

4. Warranty and Responsibility

By submitting an article, authors confirm that:

  1. The work is original and does not infringe any existing copyrights.

  2. The article has not been published elsewhere and is not under review by another journal.
