Peer Review Process

Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements may be returned to authors for revision or rejected.

  • Reviewers do not know the identity of the authors
  • Authors do not know the identity of the reviewers

This ensures objectivity, fairness, and unbiased evaluation.

The editorial decision is final.

Once accepted:

  • The manuscript proceeds to copyediting, layout formatting, and proofreading.
  • Authors must approve the final proof before publication.

Reviewers are prohibited from:

  • Sharing, distributing, or using the manuscript for personal purposes
  • Contacting authors directly
