Peer Review Process

- Initial Editorial Screening
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial evaluation by the Editor-in-Chief or editorial team to assess:
- Suitability with the journal’s scope
- Completeness of submission files
- Compliance with author guidelines
- Plagiarism check using similarity detection software
Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements may be returned to authors for revision or rejected.
- Double-Blind Peer Review
The journal implements a double-blind peer review process, meaning:
- Reviewers do not know the identity of the authors
- Authors do not know the identity of the reviewers
This ensures objectivity, fairness, and unbiased evaluation.
- Reviewer Assignment
Each manuscript is assigned to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:
- Originality and contribution
- Research methodology and analytical rigor
- Clarity of presentation
- Theoretical and empirical relevance
- Accuracy of references
- Ethical compliance
- Review Timeline
The review process generally takes:
- 2–4 weeks for the first review round
- Longer if additional rounds of revision are required
The duration may vary depending on reviewer availability and complexity of the manuscript.
- Reviewer Recommendations
Reviewers may recommend one of the following decisions:
- Accept
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Resubmit for Review
- Reject
- Revision Process
If revisions are required:
- Authors must respond to reviewer comments point-by-point.
- Revised manuscripts must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
- The editorial team may send the revised manuscript back to reviewers for further evaluation if necessary.
- Final Decision
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on:
- Reviewer reports
- Compliance with journal standards
- Overall contribution and scientific merit
The editorial decision is final.
- Publication
Once accepted:
- The manuscript proceeds to copyediting, layout formatting, and proofreading.
- Authors must approve the final proof before publication.
- Confidentiality
All manuscripts and review reports are treated as confidential documents.
Reviewers are prohibited from:
- Sharing, distributing, or using the manuscript for personal purposes
- Contacting authors directly
