This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the ornamental orchid plant business at XX Orchid Nursery, Junrejo District, Batu City, East Java, using quantitative methods. Primary data was collected through direct observation and interviews, while secondary data was sourced from the 2024 financial reports and related literature. The analysis results indicate that the total production cost, consisting of fixed and variable costs, amounted to IDR 3,424,095,479. The revenue from orchid sales reached IDR 35,690,018,000, resulting in a net income of IDR 32,265,922,521. The business feasibility analysis used the ratio of revenue to total cost (R/C Ratio) and the Break-Even Point (BEP). The R/C Ratio value of 10.42 shows that every rupiah of cost generates more than 10 times the revenue, indicating that this business is highly feasible. The production BEP was calculated at 3,200 pots, while the sales volume reached 268,346 pots, demonstrating that the business has surpassed the break-even point and generated significant profit. The conclusion of this report is that the ornamental orchid plant business at XX Orchid Nursery is financially feasible and profitable. Suggestions for further improvement include enhancing cash management, employee training in inventory management, and implementing automation systems to increase operational efficiency.
