BUMDes Manunggal Sejahtera in Mojorejo Village, Magetan Regency, was evaluated for its performance using the Balanced Scorecard approach. This descriptive quantitative-qualitative study involved 65 randomly selected BUMDes members and 15 management tools. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for validity and reliability testing, and a multi-attribute model to calculate performance scores based on four perspectives: Financial (measured via NPM, ROA, ROE), Customer, Internal Business Process, and Learning & Growth. The results showed the BUMDes' overall performance was "good and satisfactory." The Learning & Growth perspective achieved the highest score (45.84), indicating success in human resource capacity development and organizational innovation. The Customer and Internal Business Process perspectives recorded medium scores, reflecting positive community response and operational efficiency. The Financial perspective ranked lowest, indicating challenges in increasing profitability (NPM), asset utilization (ROA), and equity capital (ROE). These findings underscore the need for specific strategies to strengthen the financial aspect while maintaining excellence in human resource development. Recommendations include optimizing asset management and developing more effective investment policies.
