This study aims to analyze the factors influencing rubber latex production in Tanjung Anom Village, Terusan Nunyai District, Central Lampung Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 60 rubber farmers were selected by purposive sampling as respondents. The independent variables in this study were land area (X₁), plant age (X₂), and labor (X₃), while the dependent variable was rubber latex production (Y). The results showed that land area and labor had a positive and significant effect on rubber latex production, while plant age did not have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.953 indicates that 95.3% of production variation can be explained by the three independent variables. The regression model also met classical assumptions, such as normality, homoscedasticity, absence of multicollinearity, and linearity. These findings indicate that optimizing land use and effective labor management are crucial to increasing the productivity of smallholder rubber plantations.
