Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi bantuan pompanisasi dalam Program Perluasan Areal Tanam (PAT) serta menganalisis peran kelembagaan pertanian dalam mendukung peningkatan produktivitas usahatani padi di Kecamatan Lappariaja, Kabupaten Bone. Metode kuantitatif deskriptif-komparatif digunakan dengan sampel 145 petani penerima bantuan pompa dan informan kunci dari instansi terkait. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi bantuan pompa telah dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur, mencakup tahap pendataan, verifikasi, dan penyaluran 54 unit pompa ke sembilan desa. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan intensitas tanam dan produktivitas padi, meski terdapat kendala teknis seperti ketersediaan bahan bakar dan keterampilan perawatan yang terbatas. Peran aktif Dinas Pertanian, BPP, dan kelompok tani terbukti krusial dalam keberhasilan program, sehingga mendukung peningkatan produktivitas usahatani padi dan ketahanan pangan wilayah.

This study aims to describe the implementation of pumping assistance in the Planting Area Expansion Program (PAT) and analyze the role of agricultural institutions in supporting increased rice farming productivity in Lappariaja District, Bone Regency. A descriptive-comparative quantitative method was used with a sample of 145 farmers receiving pump assistance and key informants from related agencies. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of pump assistance was carried out according to procedures, including data collection, verification, and distribution of 54 pump units to nine villages. This program successfully increased planting intensity and rice productivity, despite technical constraints such as fuel availability and limited maintenance skills. The active role of the Agriculture Service, BPP, and farmer groups proved crucial in the program's success, thus supporting increased rice farming productivity and regional food security.
