Repository Policy
The Journal of Urban Sociology (JUS) permits and encourages authors to deposit all versions of their work in institutional or subject repositories, on personal or institutional websites, and on academic social networks, without any embargo period. This policy is in line with the journal's open-access model and the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), under which all articles are published.
1. Versions That May Be Deposited

2. Conditions
- A preprint deposited before or during submission should be updated, once the article is published, with a statement such as: "This article has been published in the Journal of Urban Sociology, Vol. X, No. X (YYYY). https://doi.org/10.30742/jus.vXiX.XXXX".
- Postprints and published versions must acknowledge their initial publication in JUS and include the article's DOI link.
- Posting a preprint does not count as prior publication and does not prevent submission to JUS. Authors must, however, disclose any preprint when submitting their manuscript.
3. Journal Repositories
All articles published in JUS are deposited in Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital), the national scientific reference portal of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, and are preserved through the arrangements described in the journal's Archiving Policy.
